Design, Measure & Installation


Start in our showroom to see our full sized displays and samples. We can help you better understand our products and the lift systems that best fits your needs with one of our Certified Hunter Douglas Sales Consultants. We ask that you bring pictures of your windows and a rough measurement (just a basic width and height) so we can give you an estimation right in the store. We will go over the different options with you and help you narrow down your choices for the official measure.


Our job as professionals is to make sure your new custom window treatments fit and function as they are intended to. With many products, exact and knowledgeable measuring and installation are critical, especially for inside mount situations and with hard, fitted products such as shutters.

We know our products best, both inside and out. We will always be responsible for an exact fit.


Lead Time:

Due to the pandemic, most orders are installed within 6 to 8 weeks from when the order is placed. Once your order arrives in our warehouse, we call to schedule your installation appointment. We will gladly work to accommodate special needs and requests within reason, but at this time we cannot rush orders or guarantee any delivery dates.

Installation Day:

We ask that you clear the area surrounding the window of delicate and valuable items.

We will also:
  • Take down your old window treatments and either dispose of them or move them to another room.
  • Clean up and dispose of all trash, including boxes and other debris.
  • Demonstrate how to operate your new window treatments.
  • Leave any paperwork and pamphlets associated with your purchase.
  • Remove our shoes, if requested.
